Gourmet features a full tang with a non-forged blade. The handle is made of Hostaform C, a high-impact plastic and is secured to the knife with three stainless steel rivets. The steel in Gourmet is made of a high-carbon, rust-free alloy. Razor sharp, Gourmet has exceptional balance and comfort for a stamped knife.
Classic cuttery is hot drop forged from a single blank of high carbon no stain steel, a specially alloyed surgical steel, consisting of exacting proportions of carbon, chromium, molybedenum, and vanadium. Classic Three River Handles. 
Grand Prix is the same quality forged blades as our Classic line. The Grand Prix handle is larger than the Classic and features a grainy non-slip finish.
